To qualify for a return:

For health and hygiene reasons, resistance bands, braces, supports, apparel, and other body-contact products cannot be returned after use unless they arrived damaged or defective.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Inspect your order upon arrival. If an item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery at [email address]. Include your order number and clear photos or videos of the item and packaging.

We will review the issue and arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.

Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns for:

  • Used or assembled fitness equipment

  • Items showing signs of wear, damage, or misuse

  • Products missing original packaging or accessories

  • Gift cards

  • Clearance or final sale items

  • Personalized products

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Refunds

Exchanges
